Larry Arsenault upgraded his location in Elmsdale PEI to allow for new dispensers and a refurbished canopy to be installed as well as the upgrade of the forcourt to allow for better access to the dispensers by his clients and also included for the installation of a refurbished canopy to keep the weather off while refueling. |
